Every week, we meet with audience members with disabilities who are willing to come forward and share a little bit about their own personal journey and experiences, attending live, in-person, or virtual speaking or training events. Through their unique and generous perspectives, communication professionals can learn about some of the things that they do well and some of the things they could improve to provide an experience that is truly inclusive of everyone.

Did you know?

Assistive technology users often navigate by headings and structural landmarks, not visual layout. A polished interface still needs a meaningful underlying structure. Visual design and semantic structure must work together. Without that foundation, even attractive designs can be unusable.
