Client testimonials and success stories
What I particularly enjoyed from this presentation and the training was learning new skills that are very relevant to my work as a Product Owner! Every business unit should be trained in this area as well, so their content can also be adapted to the needs of our clients who have disabilities.

This training was an eye opener! From the start to the end of our training, our accessibility was night and day! During the class we identified that our PDF was not accessible at all and could not be understood by our clients with disabilities. Upon completion of the class, we can publish this accessible PDF. This class builds empathy for how our disabled clients have experienced and how we can make it easier for them to consume our content. Denis was very patient and explained and answered questions throughout our training.

The speaker was very relevant. Denis offered many concrete examples, as well as tools to better understand the complexity experienced by users with disabilities. The impact we have on their experience is very significant! Thank you very much for this reminder, and congratulations on such a wonderful presentation. I would give it a 10/10. It was one of the best ones to date. I would have taken more, it was REALLY interesting.

A great conference that encourages us to reflect on the diversity of means at our disposal to improve the services we offer to our customers and make their lives easier. By better understanding everyone's reality, we can better adapt our methods to make our services more accessible. Despite the social media angle, we can draw conclusions that translate well to other areas of our business and make the services more accessible.

According to 2021 data from the American Institutes for Research (AIR), the total after-tax disposable income of working-age Americans with disabilities is about $504 billion USD per year, which is on par with other incredibly significant American segments, such as the Black ($501B USD) and Latinx ($582B USD) communities. Can your business truly afford to neglect the expectations and needs of the population living with various disabilities or impairments?
