Client testimonials and success stories
Denis Boudreau was a panellist for the YouMeWe Conscious-Contribution panel series: candid conversations to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion at work and beyond. Because of his expertise in technology and communications for people with disabilities, we felt he would bring a unique perspective to this panel. And that he did! Perhaps what the audience and I valued most was his deep insight and concise communications of how diverse people with disabilities need to feel welcome and belong in an organization. He added value way beyond the technology insights (although tech suggestions were eye-opening to the audience). With clarity, passion, and patience, Denis inspired people to act with tools they can use and strategies they can implement—now.

We’ve called on Denis’ expertise on several occasions to bring our websites into compliance with timelines of the Ontarian digital accessibility laws. Denis's contributions have been invaluable to us in a number of ways, particularly during our redesign projects and the transition of Ontarian branches of State Farm under the Desjardins banner. Denis provided our teams with the necessary support to build internal expertise in inclusive design and accessible code, which, in turn, allowed us to maximize our integration of accessibility considerations and ultimately meet Ontarian government requirements.

This training was extremely relevant to me as a front-end developer. Denis really knows his topic and subject matter inside out! I learned a lot and loved pretty much everything about it. It definitely impacted the way I will be approaching my work in the future and the way I test my code.

Denis' presentation and teaching styles were very engaging. I really enjoyed the overall structure of his training, and how the examples he provided made the ideas more understandable and relatable. Anyone can be impacted by accessibility, so making our website more inclusive is beneficial to literally everyone using it. My main takeaway is that when accessibility considerations are part of our process, then it becomes easier for our team to avoid mistakes.

I am so grateful to have participated in your workshop with my colleagues! Thank you for sharing your personal and professional experiences in those sessions. I learned a lot from you, and what you shared has helped our Learning Academy move forward with ideas about how to integrate accessibility in everything we do. It also informs our ongoing conversation about “nothing without us” best principles and practices. Many thanks!

In 2021, the Pew Research Center reported that 46% of young American adults (aged 18 to 29) already knew of at least one person who was transgender or went by gender-neutral pronouns. This percentage was up from 32% in 2018. As your brand is trying to connect with the next generation of young professional, are you adapting your language and mindset to recognize and acknowledge non-binary identities?
