Client testimonials and success stories
Denis’ class engagement, pacing, and knowledge were all excellent. It was easy to see that inclusion is something he cares about quite a bit, which made the instruction that much better and relatable. Easily the most engaging instructor I’ve had for this course. I particularly liked how Denis provided context, not just from a legal standpoint, but also from the standpoint of being able to conceptualize for people without accessibility issues as well. How it can feel to be excluded from using the web, and how even the onset of age or ‘a really bad day’ can put you in that situation (temporarily or for life). I will definitely recommend this bootcamp.

The instructor was excellent and clearly knew his stuff. He was very personable and did an awesome job on presenting. He explained concepts at an understandable pace, provided practical, actionable guidance and was also very good at answering questions and respectable about giving people enough breaks throughout the days. Hands-on experience is also invaluable for training like this, so Denis’ overall approach to this was excellent.

Denis was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. He answered all of our questions to the very best of his ability and was an engaging and terrific instructor. He was clear and kept the training very interesting. This felt like a top-notch podcast. The interactivity with Zoom was a nice twist too. As online training can be hard to follow at times, I really enjoyed the format and the engagement of this training.

Under the Accessible Canada Act (ACA), organizations must create accessibility plans that outline future barrier identification, removal, and prevention. Although these plans need not include records of removing barriers in the past, organizations must also create progress reports that show how they are implementing these plans. As an organization, are you leveraging these progress reports as public records of the steps your brand has taken to comply?
