Inclusive Leadership
Self-Assessment (ILSA) Evaluation

How inclusive is your leadership? This self-assessment is designed to help you measure your approach to inclusive leadership and disability inclusion, highlighting strengths and uncovering areas for growth. By evaluating key aspects of accessibility, equity, and representation, you’ll gain valuable insights into how effectively you foster inclusion within your team and organization.

Is your leadership approach “inclusive-ish” or truly inclusive?

True leadership isn’t just about intention. It’s about empowerment and impact. Are you creating an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered? This self-assessment will help you identify where you stand and provide clarity on the steps needed to become a more inclusive leader. The results will offer a starting point to a roadmap that will strengthen your leadership, build more equitable teams and workplaces, and ensure no one is left behind. Take the ILSA test today and start transforming your leadership approach from “inclusive-ish” to truly inclusive by championing accessibility.

Launch

Key 01 - Understanding Disability Inclusion

Do I systematically establish and maintain forums or employee resource groups that address diverse disabilities and encourage knowledge sharing?
Do I systematically develop comprehensive training and resource materials to increase staff understanding of various disabilities and provide consistent learning opportunities?
Do I systematically establish feedback channels to monitor disability-related concerns and refine my procedures based on this information?
Do I systematically review and adjust objectives to maintain steady progress in disability awareness within my organization?
Do I systematically conduct periodic reviews of training content to incorporate emerging best practices and new insights on disability inclusion?

Personal information

Did you know?

As it turns out, colourblind audience members are not the only ones who struggle with colour perception! Research shows that retina cells progressively lose sensitivity with age, causing colours to become less bright and contrasts, less noticeable. In particular, blue colours can easily appear faded or “washed out". Are you mindful of how the colours you use in your materials are perceived by ageing members in your audience?

Are you ready to lead inclusively?

Every day, millions of employees feel unseen, unheard, and unsupported because leadership fails to recognize and address their diverse needs.

Over 20% of the workforce identifies as either disabled or neurodivergent, yet many organizations lack the tools to foster truly inclusive workplaces. The result? Missed opportunities, disengaged teams, and barriers that limit both individual and business growth.

At Inklusiv Communication, we help leaders move beyond “inclusive-ish” to champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) in everything they do. By embedding inclusive leadership into your organization, you can unlock the full potential of your workforce, increase engagement, and drive long-term success.

If you’re ready to build a truly inclusive workplace where everyone thrives and can contribute to the full extent of their potential, let’s talk.

“Making your content inclusive to everyone means making sure it is not ableist, ageist, misogynistic, racist, skin-tone biased, heteronormative, cisnormative, xenophobic, classist, confusing, unethical, etc. ”
